Co-organised by The Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and The Hong Kong Council of Social Service, the 7 th annual Gerontech and Innovation Expo cum Summit (GIES) will take place from 23-26 November 2023 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.

GIES strives to raise public awareness and education about gerontechnology by introducing local and oversea innovative gerontech products and services. The 7 th Expo will continue to cover thematic exhibition booths, forums and workshops, showcasing the latest innovations and ideas for better living of service users and caregivers and providing an interactive platform for various stakeholders to engage in dialogue and collaboration for broader adoption of Gerontech, in line with the post-pandemic development.

We cordially invite members to join us at this largest gerontech public education event in Hong Kong. The details of participation are stated below:

• Organisations can sign up individually and display their exhibits in a standard booth or a raw space. It is free of charge except for electricity and booth decoration.
• A Special Corner is to be set up for organisations to demonstrate application programmes or information websites for older adults, people with disabilities, or caregivers to promote service solutions to the general public. We shall set aside resources and provide an exhibition kiosk with individual display boards to participating organisations (organisations must provide design files) and one notebook on site. Each participating organisation may arrange for a maximum of two helpers per day.

If interested, please complete the online registration by 30 June 2023. GIES Secretariat will contact registered organisations for follow-up and to finalize the list of exhibitors.
