International and Mainland China Affairs
Our aim is to build Hong Kong as one of the Centre for Excellence in human and social development, bringing significant collaboration amongst NGOs in Hong Kong, Mainland and international. The Economic and Social Commission of the United Nations has granted us Special Consultative Status to play such role globally and we have signed a MOU with Chinese Ministry of Civil Affairs to participate in Mainland’s social service sector.
