The Council has launched the “NGO Changemakers Incubation Scheme (Cohort 2)” in April, and agency members are cordially invited to participate in the coming Bootcamp II and III. In planning and implementing services, organizations often need to apply innovative thinking and build cross-sectoral networks in order to engender greater impact. This project aims to enable NGO colleagues in “network building” and “co-creation”, so as to facilitate organization’s internal development.

This project used ‘Design Thinking’ as the learning framework and “Culture & Art X Social Inclusion” as the theme. Through the “Design Thinking Bootcamp II and III”, we hope to break through the participants’ cogitation through design thinking by recognizing three projects which are connecting communities through arts and culture by Make a Difference Asia and understanding the process of co-creation with various community stakeholders and artists; and how the team of Trial and Error Lab used ‘prototype and test’ in designing events and used the space in 7 years. As well as the guided tours of the lab and chances of communicating with different artists. We also hope to actualize innovation at the organizational level.

You are invited to the “NGO Changemakers Incubation Scheme (Cohort 2) Bootcamp II & III” to experience design thinking with the NGO changemakers:
