The Council and our partners have launched the NGO Governance Health Programme in 2021. 50 organisations participated in a board governance health assessment and a series of webinars, workshops and consultations were organised for the participating organisations to further enhance their knowledge and understanding on board governance. With the consolidated feedbacks from the events, 4 sets of practice tools & tips for NGO governance were compiled on the respective board governance aspects for reference of NGO boards and agency heads to improve board governance effectiveness.
