
Diverse Governance For Empowerment, organized by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) and funded by the HKEX Foundation, aims to support NGOs and social enterprises in enriching board diversity. “Resilient Governance: Building Sustainable Financial Resources” seminar will be held on 29 January, 2026 (Thur). We are honored to welcome Mr. Yam Tak Fai, Ronald, Partner of Audit and Assurance at RSM Hong Kong to share key strategies for strengthening financial governance. Mr. Yam currently serves as Deputy President of the World YMCA and Honorary Treasurer of the Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong. He previously served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Treasurer of the Hong Kong Children’s Choir, bringing extensive knowledge in financial governance and rich experience in NGO governance.
His professional insights will equip NGOs and SEs leaders with core strategies in financial governance and resource diversification, further consolidating their financial foundation, and enhancing their stability and appeal as reliable partners for corporate investment.
