• 中五程度，具兩年或以上工作經驗，有殘疾人士相關之工作經驗者優先考慮；
• 具工藝產品設計及製作、市場營銷或相關學歷證明經驗優先；
• 協助推行殘疾人士職業技能訓練，如：產品製作 (或設計)、包裝、銷售；
• 統籌及策劃社交及康樂活動；
• 協助處理學員行為情緒；
• 每週平均工作44小時，觀塘區工作。
