- 中五程度，具兩年或以上工作經驗，有殘疾人士相關之工作經驗者優先考慮；
- 具工藝產品設計及製作、市場營銷或相關學歷證明經驗優先；
- 協助推行殘疾人士職業技能訓練，如：產品製作 (或設計)、包裝、銷售；
- 統籌及策劃社交及康樂活動；
- 協助處理學員行為情緒；
- 每週平均工作44小時，觀塘區工作。
Regular staff can entitle benefits include annual leave, marriage leave, maternity leave, paternity leave, sick leave, compassion leave, family leave, filial leave, medical insurance, personal accident insurance, medical service discounts, MPF employer voluntary contribution up to 10%.
