- 中五程度，具两年或以上工作经验，有残疾人士相关之工作经验者优先考虑；
- 具工艺产品设计及制作、市场营销或相关学历证明经验优先；
- 协助推行残疾人士职业技能训练，如：产品制作 (或设计)、包装、销售；
- 统筹及策划社交及康乐活动；
- 协助处理学员行为情绪；
- 每周平均工作44小时，观塘区工作。
