School-to-work transition has long been one of the major concerns in youth work of the social welfare sector.  Under a more dynamic macro economic environment, career transition could still persist even after the youth step into the labor market and various barriers could be found during the transition process.  How the sector can strengthen support for the youth is a topic worthy of discussion.

In order to facilitate the sector to discuss this topic, the HKCSS will organize a seminar on “Youth Career Transition”, inviting stakeholders who related to this issue to share their experience, so as to explore the way out with the participants.
