Sealed tenders, must be clearly marked with the subject of the tender on the outside of the envelope, addressed to The Hong Kong Council of Social Service and placed to the “Impact Assessment and Annual Evaluation of the Gerontechnology Platform Tender Box” at 13/F, Duke of Windsor Social Service Building, 15 Hennessy Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong, before 12:00 noon on 21 September 2021.  Late tenders will not be accepted.
