To encourage service users to visit the Hong Kong Book Fair, the Hong Kong Trade Development Council has generously provided 30,000 free admission tickets for our Agency Members to apply for. In Addition, the Hong Kong Sports and Leisure Expo and World of Snacks will be held concurrently at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre. One ticket grants same-day entry to the Book Fair, Sports and Leisure Expo and Snack World.
If your organization is interested in applying for free admission tickets for distribution to service users, please submit your application via this link between 12 to 26 June, 2026. Late applications will not be accepted.
Application and Allocation Details:
- Organizations should coordinate and collect ticket requests from their service units and submit the total required quantity via the online system by 26 June, 2026.
- Each Organization only needs to submit ONE application.
- The minimum allocation per organization is 50 tickets. Any additional ticket requests will be subject to overall application demand.
- Organizations may modify their application on or before 26 June, 2026. The system will record the quantity from the last submitted request. (For example: June 20 – applied for 100 tickets; June 22 – updated to 150 tickets; June 25 – Final submission for 50 tickets. In this case, the final total requested will be 50 tickets) .
- Confirmation emails will be sent to organizations by 3 July 2026.
- Upon ticket collecting, organization staff must present a Collection Notice stamped with the Organization’s chop at HKCSS.
- Ticket collection period : 6 to 14 July 2026 (Monday to Friday,9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding lunch hour from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM).
- Late collection will not be accepted.
