Ethnic minorities represents 8.4% of our Hong Kong population, which is an indispensable workforce in society. Starting from recruitment to the “workplace experience” – adapting and fostering a sense of belonging, it is of importance for both the EM youth and the employers to recognize inclusive workplace as a key strategy for enhancing competitiveness.
