“The Caring Company Scheme 2024/25 – Online Information Session (Introduction of the System’s Functions & Usage)” Register Now

The Caring Company Scheme ("the Scheme") has officially launched its new online application system on 20 March 2025, and is now accepting applications for the 2024/25 cycle. To assist companies and organisations better understand the operation of new online system and application process, we will be hosting two online information sessions on 15 and 16 April 2025. The “Caring Company Scheme” 2024/25 Latest Updates

The Caring Company Scheme 2024/25 (the “Scheme”) will begin accepting applications on 20 March 2025, and the brand-new online application system will also be launched on the same day. Below are the latest updates on the Scheme: 1) Extension of the Validity Period for Existing Logos and Certificates Due to the postponement of the Caring Company Scheme 2024/25 application to 20 March 2025, the validity period for the use of the Caring Company / Caring Organisation Logos for 2023/24 will automatically be extended until the announcement of the next logo application results in December 2025. Companies / Organisations are not required to submit separate applications for extending the logo validity period. However, the date on the certificate will remain unchanged, and this arrangement will not affect the calculation of the consecutive years that companies / organisations have participated in the Scheme. During this period, we advise companies/organisations to use promotional materials featuring the Caring Company/Caring Organisation Logos instead of displaying certificates. If companies or organisations wish to incorporate the Caring Company / Caring Organisation Logo in their promotional materials or other collaterals, please submit the artwork / sample pictures to HKCSS via email [email protected] for prior approval and record-keeping purpose.
