  Updates of Caring Company Scheme Patron's Members' Update Thematic Orientation: Partnering for Growth Social Agenda The Caring Company Scheme– Latest Update The Caring Company Scheme ("the Scheme") is open for applications from now until 6PM on 8 October 2025. Here is the latest update regarding the Scheme.   1. Application Notice for the 2024/25 Cycle (this cycle)   To ensure fairness in the application process and to avoid any adverse impact on forms’ scores or results, no amendments can be made to “Form A: Community Partnership” (“Form A”) and “Form B: Sustainability” (“Form B”) after submission.   Submitting invalid supporting documents may also result in an unsuccessful application. Applicants are advised to ensure all information provided is accurate and accompanied by valid supporting documents where required (applicable to sections requiring additional information) to meet the Scheme’s requirements.   Unless specified, it is not mandatory to submit supporting documents with Form A and Form B. However, it is recommended to retain records related to these sustainability initiatives (e.g., reports, photos, contracts, or event logs). The Caring Company Scheme — Capacity Building Workshops Now Open for Registration

The Caring Company Scheme ("the Scheme") is now accepting applications until 8 October 2025 at 6pm. Companies / Organisations can submit their applications through the online application system, which is now fully operational. 🎓Second Round of Capacity Building Workshops To assist companies and organisations in gaining a deeper understanding of the new form—"Form B: Sustainability", we are conducting a series of capacity building workshops. Four additional workshops will take place in July and August, led by our Knowledge & Strategy Partner, PIE Strategy, as well as representatives from our collaborating partner, WWF-Hong Kong. These workshops will focus on the social, economic and environmental sections of Form B, including key points for form completion, and will feature a Q&A session to help applicants fully understand the form requirements and guidelines. ✨ We sincerely invite representatives from all companies and organisations to actively register for participation. Individuals who did not attend the workshops held in June will have priority for these sessions. Caring Company Scheme 2024/25 – Online Briefing Session (Charitable Organisation Session)

The Scheme for this year will be accepting applications from companies / organisations starting today until 6pm on 8 Oct. Nominators can now utilise the new online application system to send nomination invitations to your community partners and fill out the relevant forms. The Caring Company Scheme 2024/25 – Now Open for Applications

The Caring Company Scheme ("the Scheme") is open for applications from now until 6PM on 8 October 2025. The new online application system ("the System") is now fully operational. Companies and organisations applying for the Caring Company or Caring Organisation Logos (“Applicants”) can submit their applications through the system. Nominators can also easily nominate their partners to participate in the Scheme through the system. The application form consists of 2 parts: 1) Form A: Community Partnership To be jointly completed by the applicant and their nominator. The applicant needs to mutually confirm at least 2 out of the 5 criteria with the nominator. These criteria include Volunteering, Giving, Mentoring, Employing the vulnerable, and Procurement of products or services. 2) Form B: Sustainability This section is to be filled out by the applicant. They need to answer questions related to the practice of sustainable development work by the company/organisation, covering 4 areas: social, economic, environmental sustainability, and partnership. The scheme localises international sustainable development standards, setting a basic threshold for “Caring for Society” standard.
