Diverse Governance For Empowerment, organized by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) and funded by the HKEX Foundation, aims to support NGOs and social enterprises in developing diverse and resilient governance structures. Building on the achievements of Phase 1, Phase 2 transforms cross-sector networks into actionable partnerships to broaden board perspectives and cultivate a sustainable ecosystem for governance excellence.

Featuring guest speakers from The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI) alongside seasoned practitioners, the seminar “Building Future-Ready Governance: From Board Effectiveness to Governance Excellence” explores transformative approaches to enhancing institutional capacity and long-term sustainability for NGOs.
