We would like to express our gratitude towards your participation in The Caring Company Scheme 2024/25 (referred as the “Scheme” hereafter).
Nominators have always played an indispensable role in the Scheme and are a key partner for us. We highly appreciate your organisation’s contribution in assisting your partner(s) with their nomination process, establishing deep and long-term relationships that promote a culture of caring and social sustainability. Moreover, through your network and influence, your organisation has encouraged more companies/ organisations to participate the Scheme, allowing us to collectively expand our social impact and create greater shared value.
We are currently conducting the application review process. The application results will be announced in December 2025, please stay tuned for our latest updates.
Additionally, the applications for 2025/26 cycle will be opened from mid-March to August 2026. We encourage your organisation to plan ahead and note the following details regarding “Form A: Community Partnership” (“Form A”):
- The validity period of Form A is from 1 January 2025 to 30 June 2026. Any collaboration projects completed within this timeframe and have not been submitted for the 2024/25 nomination will be eligible for application.
- There is no limit on the number of applicants to be initiated by a nominator, but only one set of Form A should be submitted for one applicant.
- The content of Form A should be confirmed accurate and no revision by the nominator and the applicant BEFORE submission. Once submitted, no revision would be allowed.
- Each applicant can invite more than one nominator to submit Form A and the valid criteria would be counted altogether. Please remind your partner(s) to make sure at least 2 or more criteria counted by all sets of Form A have been fulfilled to meet the minimum requirement.
We encourage your organisation to explore more diverse and impactful collaboration(s) with your partner(s), working together to promote a caring culture and the principles of sustainable development, thus building a better future for Hong Kong together.
