This workshop offers a practical “toolkit” for strategic planning, guiding participants to clarify vision and priorities, assess internal and external realities using proven frameworks, generate strategic options, and anticipate uncertainty through scenario thinking. Participants will also learn how to engage key stakeholders and drive change, ensuring strategy evolves from a mere document into coordinated action that delivers meaningful impact.
