The Koo Foundation in partnership with HKCSS WiseGiving launch a special project called Koo Foundation COVID-19 Special Needs Care Fund. The fund aims to join hand with NGOs to provide immediate relief to the needy families with SEN children/youth who are affected by the Coronavirus pandemic.
