Services Supervisor (Ref.: SS(SMO)/06/01/26/HKCSS)

In coping with continuous growth and service enhancement, we are looking for a seasoned social work professional to join our senior management team.

Responsibilities:

• Services Supervisor is one of the top three-tier executives of the Association.
• The incumbent will initially be appointed to oversee the operation of subvented rehabilitation services units and will be rotated to different service areas to gain wider exposure.
• The incumbent is required to develop service planning and lead teams to enhance quality, operation, training, and development, and financial, administrative, supervisory, and personnel management systems.

Requirements:

• Registered Social Worker
• Bachelor degree in Social Work with at least 5 years of supervisory experience in the rehabilitation setting for people with intellectual disabilities / social welfare sector is preferable.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese is essential.
