Two-year renewable contract



  • To be responsible for reception duties such as handling enquiries and greeting visitors
  • To provide administrative and clerical support such as document filing, data entry, inventory control, website updating, etc.
  • To handle petty cash claims
  • To assist the team to maintain daily operation of the Council



  • Secondary School graduate or above
  • 1 to 2 years of work experience in office administration will be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel, Outlook and web-based applications
  • Attentive to details, self-motivated and a good team player
  • Strong communication skills with good command of English and Chinese
