Invitation to Community Support for Carers: “Call for Ideas” Programme

The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) and PolyU Jockey Club Design Institute for Social Innovation (JCDISI) co-organise the “Community Support for Carers” Programme. The programme is under Season 13 of PolyU Jockey Club “Operation SoInno” . All Agency Members are cordially invited to participate in the programme. In realising innovative ideas, we aspire to improve carer’s situation and build a more carer-friendly community!

6-9 teams will be selected to participate in a total of four sessions of co-creation workshops, in which JCDISI would provide design thinking training and professional support. Throughout the workshops, selected teams would verify their ideas and modify the action plan. The organisers (HKCSS and JCDISI) will further select 3 outstanding teams to enter the Action Project stage. The teams will carry out the action plans within a one-year period, with support including financial, programme design and community liaison  from PolyU Jockey Club “Operation SoInno”.
