As an Intermediary of the Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund since 2015, the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) launches Impact Incubator – a one-stop supporting platform to support and incubate social innovative projects from various stages including late prototype, start up, growing and scale up. Until now, we have supported over 140 social innovation projects.

Well-being and mental health have become issues of concern, especially under the COVID-19 pandemic and the uncertain economic environment.
