Residential Care Home Sharing Platform (RCH Co-Platform)

The Scheme aims to assist home managers in collaboratively planning and organizing a “Residential Care Co-Platform” that promotes sharing and co-creation. It seeks to not only continue the learning from the Caring Leadership Training Programme but also to establish an open and interactive support network. This network attracts and discovers home managers who are passionate about care home services, creating an opportunity to unite industry talent and collaboratively advance service development!

The Co-Platform officially launched in October 2024, regularly hosting workshops, sharing sessions, and other activities. It will primarily focus on three main areas: “Enhancing Care Home Services,” “Professional Image of Home Managers,” and “Building Networks and Connections.”
