Accurately understanding the needs of communities and service users, crafting targeted proposals, and pitching initiatives effectively are essential for NGOs seeking to enhance impact and secure resources. This course guides participants step-by-step through the strategies of needs assessment, the practical techniques of proposal writing and pitching with the support of AI, and aims to empower NGO staff to confidently and systematically develop project ideas that drive resources toward their organisations and beneficiaries.

The workshop integrates theory, real-world case analysis, AI Application and group practice, enabling participants to immediately apply what they learn. Through these hands-on activities, they will boost the effectiveness of proposal writing, as well as their pitching and presentations in daily work, strengthening service design and organisational sustainability.
