《2022年施政報告》指出,香港多個行業正面對人力短缺問題。根據統計處數字,2018年至2022年間,香港的勞動人口減少了220,500人,佔整體的5.5%。同時,15歲至64歲的香港女性的勞動人口參與率於2021年為61.8%,比同齡的香港男性(80.1%)低,亦遠低於一些較著重婦女就業的經濟合作暨發展組織國家,如冰島、加拿大、澳洲、日本等。現任勞工及福利局局長孫玉菡曾經在當局的社交網頁表示,如何釋放女性勞動力一直是應對社會勞動力不足的可行方向之一。 歡迎下載。 ...

香港獨居、雙老長者的身心健康與運動習慣研究結果

香港正面臨急劇的人口老化問題,如何促使長者身心健康地於社區生活,對於香港應對人口高齡化、減輕長期照顧及醫療需要的負擔極為重要。政府發佈的基層醫療健康藍圖強調以預防為重,配合此基本策略下,社聯於2023年2月至3月期間進行了「香港獨居、雙老長者的身心健康與運動習慣研究」, 邀請沒有居於院舍的獨居或雙老長者完成網上問卷、電話或面談訪問,最終收集了641份有效問卷。 研究結果顯示近九成受訪長者的體能活動量未能符合世衛建議,而且逾一半受訪長者完全沒有運動習慣;有運動習慣的受訪長者中,近八成每周會做伸展運動,但只有近三成長者每週會做舉重或健身。3個長者運動不足的常見原因是:覺得自己的身體狀况不適合、不懂或不知道自己適合做什麼運動,以及擔心受傷。當被問及可以驅使自己做運動的因素時,「有人指導」是第二多受訪長者(45.2%)選擇的答案。 研究的詳細結果可以在此下載。 如對此研究有任何查詢或意見,請隨時聯絡研究員陳小姐(Cora),電郵: [email protected],電話: 2876 2425。 ...

本港過去兩年的勞動人口減少139,300人,多個行業正面對人力短缺的問題,除了搶人才外,亦必須積極釋放潛在勞動力。為了解基層婦女參與勞動巿場的意欲、限制及理想條件,探索釋放基層婦女勞動力的出路,社聯進行了一項「基層婦女就業參與度研究」,於2022年11月至2023年2月期間透過社交平台及社會服務機構邀請最年幼子女為6至14歲及每月入息低於全港家庭入息中位數的婦女填寫網上問卷,最終收到575份有效問卷。 研究的詳細結果可以在此下載。 ...
