The outbreak of the Coronavirus has changed the way we work globally. For this reason, we have invited experts of the legal profession to discuss the impact of the pandemic on NGOs as employers, and to share from a legal perspective the impacts of the policies on combatting the spreads of the Coronavirus in Hong Kong on HR practices.   NGO Organizational Health and Interventions NGO機構健康與制定改善措施 Introduction The concept of organizational health is about the ability of an organizational to align, execute and renew so that sustainable performance could be achieved. Inspired by this organizational health concept, which is originally developed by McKinsey and Company, HKCSS and HKU EXCEL3 collaborated and conducted the 2nd pilot project to modify the model to make it more applicable on NGOs sector with positive feedback. Established in 2013 by Link REIT, Link Together Initiatives supports eligible charitable organisations to implement service focused on Youth Empowerment, Active Ageing and Resource Management in order to advance sustainable development of the communities in the vicinity of Link properties. Since its inception, the Initiatives has earmarked HK$89 million to support more than 150 community projects with 10 million target beneficiaries.
