Supported by the Community Chest, the “International Social Housing Festival 2025 Dublin Study Tour,” organized by HKCSS, has completed its five-day journey in June 2025. Participants included members from the HKCSS, Pok Oi Hospital, Tung Wah Group of Hospitals, and St. James’ Settlement. In addition to participating into the 5th edition of International Social Housing Festival (ISHF), held biennially by Housing Europe, the delegation also visited local Approved Housing Bodies (AHB), and city regeneration project inside Dublin.

The delegation will hold a report back session in September, where they will present their observations from ISHF and the insights gained during their exchanges in Dublin, particularly about the professional management services of housing operators and resident participation. Through this session, we hope to invite participants to collectively consider the role and services of transitional housing and light public housing, and to inspire colleagues to imagine the future development of public housing services.
