“Treasure Wealth, Treasure Love” Family Financial Education Programme
Is a three-year family financial education programme funded by DBS Foundation and planned by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS). The programme aims to equip underprivileged families with financial knowledge and practical money management skills, enabling them to better handle their finances and ultimately improve their quality of life. In collaboration with Community Partners, the programme also supports families in enhancing communication and strengthening financial resilience to nurture stronger, happier family relationships.

Building Community • Building Tung Chung
Tung Chung is a rapidly developing remote New Town. Drastic growth of population lead to a greatly-increased needs of local public facilities and service support for new Tung Chung residents, ethnic minorities as well as existing local residents.
Supported by Swire Trust and coordinated by HKCSS, “Building Community, Building Tung Chung” Programme was initiated in 2020, and has entered its third phase in April 2024. In the upcoming two years, HKCSS will engage a wider range of community stakeholders and partner with more local NGO partners, creating more opportunities for cooperation.
Through a series of activities focused on family, sports, play, youth career development and social inclusion, the Programme aims to strengthen community capital and community connections to encourage mutual help, strive to create a more inclusive and cohesive Tung Chung community for new and existing residents.

賽馬會「你」想家長培力計劃
計劃背景：
香港社會服務聯會(社聯)獲香港賽馬會慈善信託基金捐助，由2020年9月起推展為期三年的賽馬會「你」想家長培力計劃。計劃聯同香港中文大學社會工作學系為業界和社區帶出以培力及轉化學習為本的家長工作手法，提供專業培訓並研究計劃成效。另外，計劃亦透過10間社福機構推行家長轉化學習平台致力宣揚培力及轉化學習為本的家長教育手法，注入新的思維及啟發，改變業界和社區對家長教育一貫的想法。
計劃目的：
- 促進不同專業部門對家長教育觀念和思維的轉變;
- 與各家長轉化學習平台、社福機構及不同持份者之交流協作，推動培力及轉化學習為本的家庭教育，從而了解親職與個人成長的關係；及
- 透過跨界別平台協作，推動親家庭文化和建構家庭友好環境。
