More and more small and medium sized non-profit organizations cooperate with well-known enterprises to organize charity activities. To provide a platform for organizations connecting with corporates to promote their services and explore partnership, “Project Star” will reserve an exhibition zone for the small and medium sized self-financed agency members exclusively in the upcoming “Caring Company Partnership Expo 2022”. This special arrangement allows 10 agency members to exhibit at discount at HK$255 each booth. Below are the highlights and arrangements of the Expo:

Eligibility & Selection Criteria |
1) Self-financed Agency Members; and 2) Exhibition content is recommended to contain the element of the theme – “Community Recovery”; and 3) Participate in the upcoming 2 marketing workshops to be organized in March and April, 2022 (Details will be announced later) |

Equipment and foam board: |
1) The organizer will provide 1-panel booth with 1 spotlight, 1 table and 1 chair for free 2) The foam board will be 1m wide and 2m tall. |

Remarks: |
1) Exhibitors need to prepare own foam board／pull-up banner, highlight the uniqueness of the organization and services (including photos and text) 2) 1-2 staff/volunteers need to stay in the booth to introduce the service and collaboration ideas to guests, especially to corporates’ representatives |
*Agency member(s) who are not selected to join as exhibitor(s) in the Expo this year are still encouraged to participate in the upcoming series of marketing workshops. Project Star is planning to provide support in assisting and arranging promotion for organizations to demonstrate their services through different media channels (Non themes-binding).
