The Jockey Club Broadening Outreach Scheme (“JCBOS”), created and funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust (“the Trust”) in 2024, serves to support smaller Non-Profit Organisations (“NPOs”) in accessing organisational development resources to better support those in need within the community in Hong Kong.

Participating organizations may enhance their operational capabilities and expand resources and networks through comprehensive organizational assessment, specialized training, and expert consultation. Organizations that meet the program requirements may have the opportunity to receive Organization Development Grant for up to two years of HK$2 million annually or 100% of NPOs’ annual expenditure according to the average of latest 2 years (whichever lower applies), to support the sustainable development of the organization.

Eligible applicants must be charitable organizations registered under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance, have been in operation for at least two years, and have an average annual expenditure of less than 20 million over the past two years. The final application results of the Jockey Club Broadening Outreach Scheme and the Organization Development Grant will be subject to resource availability.
