Kids4Kids is a Hong Kong charity founded in 2010 that empowers children to develop social responsibility, take positive action, and inspire others to make the world a better place. Currently, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our story reading initiative, Unlock Your Story! 小作家大創作, which is supported by SWD’s Partnership Fund for the Disadvantaged (攜手扶弱基金).

Program Officer

One–year contract commencing in August 2026

The Program Officer will be responsible for:

• Support the team in delivering the program in compliance with all program
• Work closely with the Program Manager to support program delivery, MEL, stakeholder engagement, and growth initiatives.
• Coordinate the collection of MEL data, including surveys and focus groups, as well as stakeholder testimonials to support program evaluation.
• Deliver workshop facilitation training to volunteers to ensure consistent implementation across beneficiary sites.
• Support the coordination and implementation of the Storytelling Competition.
• Provide scheduling, coordination, and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the program.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Detail-oriented with interpersonal capabilities.
• Good communication and storytelling skills
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese
• Positive attitude with the ability to adapt and prioritize effectively.
• Degree holder, preferably in social work and language
• 1 year experience in primary school students’ activities, such as reading, storytelling, and drawing.  
• Passion for children development, or with experience working with students and volunteers from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and comfortably using Monday.com.
