Centre for Harmony and Enhancement of Ethnic Minority Residents (CHEER)
Part-time Interpreter/Translator

Responsibilities:

－To provide interpretation and translation services.

Requirements:

－Holder of bachelor degree (including university graduates from other countries, including Pakistan, India, Nepal, Thailand, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, Bangladesh, and Vietnam etc.).
－Relevant working experiences in providing interpretation and translation service would be an advantage.
－Relevant working experiences in social service setting is preferred.
－Fluent in reading, writing, speaking and listening English.
－Fluent in reading, writing, speaking and listening at least one of the following languages such as Hindi, Nepali, Punjabi, Thai, Tagalog, Bengali, Bahasa Indonesia, Sinhalese, Urdu or Vietnamese etc.
－Employee should have not been convicted of any sexual offences, in Hong Kong or elsewhere, as specified in the Sexual Conviction Record Check Scheme.
