Education and Health Promotion Manager / Assistant Education and Health Promotion Manager

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced candidate to fill the position of Education and Health Promotion Manager. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Education and Health Promotion Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement comprehensive education and health promotion strategies that align with the organisation’s objectives.
• Oversee the development and conduct thorough reviews of all educational materials to ensure they are up-to-date, accurate, engaging, and effectively convey health messages.
• Manage the full lifecycle of educational programmes, including the planning and execution of health talks, courses, seminars, and community outreach initiatives, etc.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals, educational institutions, NGOs, government and other stakeholders to expand the scope of services.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor programme performance using health metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• A recognised University Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Education, Health Promotion, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position in programme management, health education, or community services (Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager post).
• Proven experience in writing, editing, and reviewing educational materials or publications is essential.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and work effectively within a team.
• Demonstrated capability in leadership, project management, and strategic planning.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is preferred.
