Freni Care and Attention Home with 290 beds is run by the Association, with the mission of providing senior citizens with comfortable accommodation and holistic care so that they can achieve the best possible state of health and a prosperity in old age.

Assistant Superintendent (Social Worker) 副院長 (社工) (Code: AS-ASWO)

Requirements:

• Registered Social Worker with a recognised Degree in Social Work or above
• At least 5 years post-qualification working experience, in which 5 years at Assistant Social Work Officer grade
• Possession of “Certificate in Training for Home Managers” is preferred
• Working experience in Care & Attention Home is preferred
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua

Job Highlights:

• Support the Superintendent in formulating and implementing service strategies, and supervising the overall administrative operations of the Care and Attention Home

Salary:

• HK$47,010-HK$81,510 per month (commensurate with qualification and experience)
