Assistant Manager (Registered Nurse) (Heat Project)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager to develop, plan, implement, monitor and evaluate training / activities / service programmes of the Heat Project.
- Develop health education materials, including publications, social media posts, health-related teaching materials etc. on regular basis.
- Deliver trainings / talks for health education programmes for the Heat Project.
- Oversee and analyze the needs of all registered cases, formulate cases’ health intervention plans and work closely with AM for client recruitment and intervention activities.
- Assist Manager in performing quality assurance of all health materials and equipment.
- Supervise and guide programme executives and volunteers in providing quality health programmes of the Heat Project.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including different service units, government departments, local community partners, for service collaboration and development.
- Plan and execute project events.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (Hong Kong Nursing Council) with valid practicing certificate is a must.
- Graduate of tertiary education level or above, with minimum of 2 years post-registration working experience.
- Sound experience in health service promotion and implementation of community service and programmes.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Proficient in PC knowledge (including Microsoft Office).
- Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, independent, sound leadership skills, and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent skills in communication and social networking.
- Fresh Graduate will also be considered.
