人際事工 – 心理輔導員

職責：

– 負責青少年及家庭輔導，包括個案及小組工作
– 策劃和推行事工發展，包括撰寫計劃書及執行講座、工作坊、書籍出版等預防性項目
– 負責輔導方面的督導及培訓工作

要求：

– 社會工作碩士、婚姻及家庭輔導碩士或相關訓練，能結合神學更佳
– 五年或以上有關工作經驗，具青少年及家長工作經驗更佳
– 關心青少年成長和家庭關係等議題，具分析能力和創新思維
– 主動合群、良好溝通及組織能力
