負責職務：

• 推行及管理西貢鄉郊長者外展服務及社區照顧劵計劃；
• 執行長者外展、個案及照顧者服務
• 執行長者部服務及行政工作

要求資歷：

• 持有社會工作系副學士學位或高級文憑之註冊社工；
• 最少3年社會服務經驗；
• 具健康照顧、長者護理及項目管理優先考慮；
• 準僱員需自願進行《性罪行定罪紀錄查核》。
• 本機構將按需要，要求準僱員/自僱人士進行性罪行定罪查核。

待遇：

15日年假、有薪事假、醫療福利

薪酬：$23,770-$29,480 (視乎學歷及經驗而定)

工作時間：

每週工作5天 (共45小時/10節)。
