Support  innovative district-based community initiatives across 18 districts in Hong Kong, help disadvantaged communities build resilience and become future-ready  and promote  financial fitness and sustainable living. Funding focuses:  Youth or Elderly, and their carers. In addition, cross-generational inclusion initiatives are welcome. Link Together Initiatives 2026/27 – Open for Application! Established in 2013 by Link REIT, Link Together Initiatives supports eligible charitable organisations to implement innovative projects across three focus areas: Environmental Sustainability, Inclusion and Active Ageing and Youth Empowerment in the communities near Link’s properties to advance sustainable development in society.
