HKEX Foundation has set up the HKEX Impact Funding Scheme (the Scheme) to support local recognised Social Enterprises (SEs). The Scheme, in partnership with The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS), aims to support SEs to develop innovative, vital and scalable solutions based on four focus areas: Financial Literacy, Social Empowerment, Talent Development and Environmental Sustainability, serving a wide spectrum of people in need and addressing various social and environmental challenges. HSBC Hong Kong Community Partnership Programme 2026 – Open for Application!

Application period: From 2nd March to 10th April 2026 at 11:59pm With the funding HKD18 million from The Hongkong Bank Foundation in 2026, the HSBC Hong Kong Community Partnership Programme (CPP) continues to drive innovative district-based initiatives to disadvantaged groups, fostering community growth, cooperation with social inclusion and building a sustainable and resource-efficient future. Support  innovative district-based community initiatives across 18 districts in Hong Kong, help disadvantaged communities build resilience and become future-ready  and promote  financial fitness and sustainable living. Funding focuses:  Youth or Elderly, and their carers. In addition, cross-generational inclusion initiatives are welcome. Innovative projects with the following characteristics will have a greater advantage: collaborate with different partners, such as NGOs and social enterprises; adopt environmentally friendly approaches to the project. Donation for each project ranging from HKD500,000 to HKD1,000,000; Project duration up to 12 or 18 months. Applicants must be non-profit organisations registered under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance (Cap112) for at least 3 years. Link Together Initiatives 2026/27 – Open for Application! Established in 2013 by Link REIT, Link Together Initiatives supports eligible charitable organisations to implement innovative projects across three focus areas: Environmental Sustainability, Inclusion and Active Ageing and Youth Empowerment in the communities near Link’s properties to advance sustainable development in society. Since its inception, the Initiatives has earmarked HK$174 million to support more than 200 community projects with 20 million target beneficiaries. Link Together Initiatives 2026/27 is now open for eligible charitable organisations to apply. The granted projects will commence from August 2026. Launched in 2012, the HSBC Hong Kong Community Partnership Programme(“CPP”) has partnered with the Home Affairs Department, the Social Welfare Department and The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS). CPP aims to inspire district-based community initiatives to foster a more inclusive society. Also, it encourages cross-sector collaboration to address the social needs of local districts and help charities and community organisations in Hong Kong build capacity.
