招商局慈善基金會 – 疫後社區復元支援計劃

背景 過去一年多在疫情影響下,經濟、居住環境、情緒壓力等原因都令很多基層或低收入家庭成員的身心健康出現狀況;此外,因抗疫而長期足不出戶亦導致家庭與社區的連繫更見薄弱。招商局慈善基金會(下稱「基金會」) 繼去年主辦「支援受疫情影響之兒童及青少年計劃」後一直積極聆聽社會聲音,有見以上狀況,本年,基金會決定延續對基層或低收入家庭兒童及青少年的支援,推出「疫後社區復元支援計劃」,期望能透過社會服務機構為一眾受助者提供改善身心健康、重塑社區連繫的服務,並為他們作出學習支援,為社區復元做好準備。   計劃詳情 現誠邀各機構就此計劃遞交項目申請書,以助因疫情影響之兒童及青少年,項目要求詳情如下:   申請機構: 所有根據本港《稅務條例》第 88 條獲豁免繳稅的慈善機構 非政府資助機構可獲優先考慮 申請形式: 單一機構申請 聯合機構申請 受惠對象**: 兒童及青少年,及其家庭(以基層或低收入家庭優先) 項目安排: 每個項目最多可獲資助港幣二十萬元 撥款中可預留不多於百分之十作機構行政費用 項目主題:內容必須包括兒童及青少年之:(一) 身心健康 及/或 (二) 社區關係重建 申請機構必須提供有關以上內容的服務 同時,機構亦可按需要,在申請項目中加入有關 (三) 學習支援的內容 在機構的審批及管理下,部份資助金額可由合資格的受惠者自行安排運用方式,惟內容必須符合申請項目的主題 (一) 及/或 (二) 項目推行時間: 推行期為六個月(服務由本年12月中旬開展) 注:**受惠對象在過去三個月內沒有從其他資助計劃獲取財政援助   申請安排 如需提交項目申請,請填妥附件之項目申請書及項目預算申請表,並於2021年11月4日(星期四)下午6時正前電郵至本會陳先生 (電郵:[email protected])。 合資格之申請機構將獲安排一次與招商局慈善基金會代表面談/視像會議,以便更深入了解申請項目之運作。 項目完成後,機構須在一個月內提交活動報告及財政報告。 獲資助的項目完結後,招商局慈善基金會將邀請所有支持機構代表出席項目總結分享會。   附件 項目申請書 項目預算申請表   如有任何查詢,敬請聯絡: 陳正浩先生 (2876 2445 / [email protected])  或 陳靄芝女士 (2876 2472 / [email protected]) ...

HKEX Impact Funding Scheme

HKEX Impact Funding Scheme HKCSS, in partnership with HKEX Foundation, has set up the HKEX Impact Funding Scheme (the Scheme) for the first time this year. With a grant of HK$10 million, the Scheme supports non-subvented local charities to run community projects focusing on the four themes of HKEX Foundation, i.e. Financial Literacy, Diversity and Inclusion, Poverty Relief and Environmental Sustainability, and with the overall aim to facilitate the society and the needy to recover from Covid-19 and adapt to the post-Covid world. In addition, the Scheme also aims to support innovation in service and solution provision for key social and environmental challenges. The Scheme opens for applications from 5 July to 11 August 2021. Joint applications by eligible organisations are welcome. Please read carefully the Application Guidelines before completing the Application Form. 新地雨後彩虹計劃 – 贈送繪本《噢!玻璃瓶打破了!》

伴讀,能促進小朋友與陪伴者之間的交流和溝通,讓彼此在互動及提問的過程中,一同分享和體驗,同時,伴讀亦有助孩子表達情感及情緒。 《噢!玻璃瓶打破了!》是新地雨後彩虹計劃(按此觀看計劃短片)延伸的本地創作繪本,除了成為一般家庭的伴讀圖書外,繪本亦成為介入工具,讓前線同工活用繪本,幫助兒童紓緩心理壓力以及表達內心感受。 為了推廣伴讀文化及讓更多機構可使用繪本作為輔導工具,社聯現欲贈送《噢!玻璃瓶打破了!》予機構會員。詳情如下: 1. 對象:社聯機構會員(每間機構只可遞交一份登記表格); 2. 資格:於2021年12月31日或之前計劃進行與繪本相關的活動/工作坊,例如:親子伴讀工作坊、繪本治療工作坊等等; 3. 數量:每間機構最多可獲贈50本繪本; 4. 備註:任何獲贈繪本的機構需於活動完成後的2個星期內電郵2-3張活動相片予本會作記錄,相片有機會作為日後公開宣傳之用 如  貴機構有興趣索取繪本,敬請於2021年8月27日或之前填妥網上表格登記。繪本數量有限,將採取先到先得的形式處理,本會於截止日期後7個工作天內會以電郵通知申請機構。 如有任何查詢,請與本會職員聯絡: 鄭小姐 (電話:2876 2430;電郵:[email protected] ) 陳小姐 (電話:2876 2472;電郵:[email protected] ) ...
