Citi-HKCSS Community Intern Program (CIP) aims at inspiring local business school students to contribute their knowledge and expertise to non-profit organizations through internship. The ultimate goal is to enhance their awareness on Corporate Social Responsibility so as to equip these future business leaders with a broadened understanding of the community. The program has nurtured 770 interns and served more than 250 non-profit organizations with the collaborative efforts from different sectors. Your participation is important to the success of the program. Program Details Internship Period : From July to August 2021 (Total: 160 hours) Number of NGOs : 40 agencies Capacity : 80 undergraduates majoring in business studies, from the universities in Hong Kong. Two interns will be placed in each organization. Invitation to Policy Seminar on “Community Support for Carers”
In recent years, our society has been thinking about how to set up a carer-centred policy to support carers. The Council will hold a policy seminar on “Community Support on Carers”, aiming at exploring the potential of leveraging community capacity in supporting carers through innovative models. We have invited speakers to share their experiences in utilizing community capacity to support carers in Hong Kong, and raise suggestions on the development of related models. We shall engage the participants of the seminar to discuss with the speakers about how the sector may further facilitate community support to the carers through policy reform and service innovation.
