社會福利界資訊科技電子服務發展工作坊 (2023年2月3日)
社會福利署於2021年發佈了「香港社會福利界資訊科技策略檢討報告的最後報告」，當中提及發展電子服務給服務使用者直接網上報名、提交電子表格和查詢處理狀態等應用。資訊科技資源中心服務機構超過二十年，擁有豐富經驗和專業知識，並非常了解機構的實際需要及各種社會服務的運作，為配合機構在有關服務上的發展，本中心現為機構設計及提供一系列方案，包括︰ 1. 網上活動報名系統方案 自動化的活動報名系統能讓服務使用者自助報名，繳交活動費用和使用 QR-Code 登記出席活動。管理員透過後台管理可實時增加、修改、刪除每個活動的資料、設定活動名額等。 2. 電子付款方案 中心在日常收取費時可使用支援多達15種電子付款方式的終端機，減少現金找續的失誤。 3. HKCSS Convention cum Hong Kong Social Service Expo 2023 (Registration now)
With Hong Kong facing drastic changes and challenges the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) held the inaugural HKCSS Convention in 2016 to map out service needs for the future. To commemorate the 75th anniversary of the establishment of HKCSS, the 3rd HKCSS Convention will be held in February 2023 with the theme of "United for an Inclusive Society" . Over 500 agency members and stakeholders from welfare and other sectors will engage in knowledge and insight exchanges, on issues such as identifying key social agenda, enhancing social impacts and co-creating solutions to address social issues. Hong Kong Social Service Expo will be held in parallel with the Convention. As an annual signature event of HKCSS, it aims to build a platform for various sectors such as business, medical, education, professional bodies, and charitable foundations to learn more about the welfare sector, and to co-create innovative, visionary and effective solutions in response to evolving social needs.
