Impact Incubator 十分榮幸於2020年2月再度獲扶貧委員會轄下「社會創新及創業發展基金」委聘為協創機構，處理基金申請及管理項目實施，開展Impact Incubator一站式支援平台，連繫社會創業家與具相關知識、資源和網絡之社福機構、社企、基金會、商界及專業團體，並幫助社會創業家實施其創新項目以解決香港的貧窮和社會孤立問題，推動持續性的社會效益。由2015年至今，已支援逾百個社會創新項目，受惠人數多達2萬2千人，協助社創基金締造創效基金投資金額接近港幣1億元。不同類型及發展階段的創新項目，如成熟原型、創業、成長及擴大規模均可申請。 Impact Incubator 的申請截止日期為3月、6月、9月及12月的月底，第一期的申請現已展開，截止日期為2020年3月31日23:59。每個項目資助的金額將根據其類型及發展階段而有不同。詳情可瀏覽網站。 Impact Incubator 已於2月21、26日及3月3日舉辦三場社創基金簡介會，介紹基金的宗旨、申請資格及申請程序等。由於反應熱烈，三場簡介會均為額滿，總共約90位參加者出席。如有任何疑問或遞交申請，歡迎瀏覽網站或電郵查詢。 查詢：[email protected]     ...

Community Housing Movement is a new initiative of the Hong Kong Council of Social Service. We are committed to working with property owners, NGOs and social enterprises to provide affordable and decent transitional social housing. The project is aimed at not only meeting the temporary housing needs of the grassroots without support of public rental housing, but also enhancing their individual capacity, and strengthening their community network. Through the provision of social housing, tenants are empowered to live independently in the market or move to the public rental housing. The Hong Kong Housing Society (HS) has lately launched the Letting Scheme for Subsidised Sale Developments with Premium Unpaid (the “Scheme”). Under the relevant terms and conditions, HKCSS can rent from owners of subsidised sale flats with premium unpaid (the “Flat”), who are holding valid "Certificate of Participation - Owner", for use in “Community Housing Movement”.  Based on the existing information, these flats are usually scattered across 18 districts.  Yet, they have an advantage of being close to public transportation network.  To simple the handling procedure, our Council would like to pre-appoint ONE regional operator responsible for operating the units identified in each region.  Whenever there is an available flat in ...

Hong Kong will implement full digital TV broadcast from 1 December 2020. To allow analogue TV households with financial needs to continue to access free TV after the switching off of analogue TV broadcast, the Digital Television Assistance Programme (The Programme) was launched in mid-January 2020. Funded by the Community Care Fund, the programme opens for application until 15 July 2021. It was implemented by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service, with a total of 100 Service Units run by non-governmental organizations to assist. Each eligible household will be provided with one digital TV receiver plus supplementary on-site services.      We now invite agency members to promote the Programme by giving out leaflet and poster in order to reach out more potential beneficiaries.
