自2011年起，香港銀行公會與香港社會服務聯會於每年一直舉辦「智有『財』能教育坊」。多年來，來自21間銀行公會會員銀行的義工在各區共主持了113場教育坊，為低收入家庭糾正理財觀念，在教授管理金錢的過程中改善他們的財政狀況。新一年度，我們希望參加者能實踐相關的理財知識及技巧，故將加入全新的儲蓄挑戰，鼓勵參加者活學活用。 有見時下「月光族」青少年有上升趨勢，教育坊亦自2018年起開拓高中生場次，幫助低收入家庭的新一代建立理財認知，在他們學習儲蓄和制定預算的同時，亦能及早規劃人生。 除此以外，本年度教育坊首次加入兒童場次，以講故事形式與兒童建立互動，認識基本理財概念。 「智有『財』能教育坊」將於2021年1月底起舉行，現誠邀　貴機構成為活動的支持機構。 詳情如下： 服務對象： 現正領取綜援的低收入家庭／高中生 或 正使用食物銀行的家庭／成年人 或 每月家庭平均收入低於家庭收入中位數一半，且非領取綜援的家庭／高中生 或 經社工轉介之家庭／成年人 主要題目： 基本理財知識，如儲蓄、消費及借貸前須知 疫情下的新消費模式及應對未來危機的準備 支持機構數目： 4間 舉辦次數： 4間支持機構共舉辦12 - 13場（2021年1月底至2021年11月） [即每間支持機構舉辦3-4場︰主要場次以成年人為目標，可選擇其中一場為高中生場次] 每場工作坊的參加者人數： 30 - 50人 服務區域： 低收入家庭比率較高的區域，由支持機構建議並提供場地。若以網上形式進行，機構需提供相關技術支援 成年人工作坊： 每場約1.5 - 2小時 於星期六（建議）或　星期日舉行 講座、互動遊戲、小組討論（主要由銀行公會義工帶領） 因疫情狀況，於2021年1月至3月舉行的場次將以網上形式進行 兒童工作坊： 與成年人工作坊同步進行（只限實體工作坊） 講故事、互動遊戲 資助金額： 每間支持機構可獲得資助金額HK$19,500 - HK$26,000 (3 - 4場) 提交申請： 如欲成為支持機構，請填妥附件之申請表格，並於2020年12月30日（星期三）或之前電郵至[email protected]或[email protected]。 《詳情請按此》 所有申請將交由香港社會服務聯會及香港銀行公會作甄選，申請結果將於2021年1月上旬或之前通知。如有查詢，歡迎致電2876 2445（陳先生） 或 2876 2443（馮小姐）聯絡。 ...

In the last year’s Policy Address, the government proposed to ‘study on Tenancy Control of Sub-divided Units’ and ‘to provide cash allowance for eligible applicant households which have been queuing for public rental housing for over 3 years (Rental allowance)’. The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (the Council) has always been concerned about the housing problem of the grass-roots, and hopes to make feasible suggestions for alleviating the life pressure of grass-roots residents living in private housing. In view of this, in order to promote the exchange of opinions on the above two policies in the sector, the Council would hold a roundtable meeting on ‘Rental Allowance and Tenancy Control of Sub-divided Units’ on December 16. The meeting would be divided into two sections. The first section is about the rental allowance scheme to be implemented by the government in the middle of next year. Modular Social Housing Project is a social housing project launched by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service with the supported by the Government and the joint efforts of The Community Care Fund, private companies, and NGOs/social enterprises. The project adopts modular integrated construction approach to building transitional social housing on idle land available for short-term usage in an efficient, economical and environmentally friendly way. The objective of the Project is, through the provision of transitional accommodation and support services, to improve the quality of life for those who have been waiting for the public rental housing for at least 3 years while living in indecent housing units. While providing transitional social housing, the project recruits NGOs/social enterprises to manage and provide community network building and support services so as to improve residents’ social capital and develop their capacity for living independently in the community. The first Modular Social Housing project in “Nam Cheong 220” has started the assembling work in the end of December, 2019.
