Recently, various initiatives were implemented to “Strengthening Support for Ethnic Minorities”. Social Welfare Department commissioned NGOs to set up three Outreaching Teams for EM (OTEM). Besides, the EM District Ambassador pilot scheme will be launched in nine districts with higher EM population.

The Council is going to organize the captioned event at 2:15pm on October 8 (Thursday) to share the experience of selecting and managing EM colleague and how to create an inclusive workplace. We have invited the former chairpersons of Network on EM services to share their experience in leading the diverse team with EM colleague. In view of the pandemic situation, the event will be conducted online. It is free of charge.
