Senior Donor Relations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the donor relations team to deliver quality donor relations retention/upgrade/expansion exercises in order to maximise income from monthly/one-off donors and limit attrition rate;
• Oversee and monitor monthly payment process to ensure donation is processed accurately and in a timely manner;
• Review and evaluate the effectiveness of donor relations programmes with report analysis and explore improvement plans, and
• Coach and provide training to team members to enhance their skillset.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Management or related disciplines;
• At least six years related experience in donor relations management, fundraising or customer service;
• Good donor-stewardship mindset with effective interpersonal and communication skills, and
• A detailed-oriented team player with strong sense of responsibility.
