All tender documents should be in three (3) hard copies and one (1) soft copy in word, excel (if available) and PDF Formats (usb flash drive), and enclosed in a sealed plain envelope clearly marked on outside ‘Tender Proposal for Social Impact Assessment of Jockey Club “age at home” Gerontech Education and Rental Service’. The envelope should be deposited at the tender box of the Council NOT later than 12 noon, 20 April 2026 (Monday). Your sealed tender proposal should be accompanied by a detailed schedule and prices showing the compilation of your tender sum and the time required for completion.

Your offer will remain open for 90 days from the above closing date, and you may consider your proposal to be unsuccessful if no order is placed with you within the Tender Validity Period.
