Training Executive (Training Centre)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical support for ERB training courses including student admissions, classroom reservation, course administration and employment support.
  • Handle phone inquiries and manage class-related matters, maintaining good communication with both students and instructors.
  • Prepare course-related paperwork, including data entry, updating course information, and organizing document filing.
  • Manage inventory, coordinate procurement and quotation processes.
  • Compliance with the guidelines and requirements of ERB

 

Requirements:

  • Completion of HKCEE/ HKDSE (minimum five passes, including English, Chinese and Mathematics) equivalent or above.
  • 2 years post-graduation working experience (working experience in ERB training sector or educational institutions would be a definite advantage).
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English input methods and MS Office operations.
  • Good customer communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and patient, with the ability to work independently.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
