The Society for the Promotion of Hospice Care is a charitable organization promoting hospice & palliative care, providing bereavement care services and related education and training to both the carers & general public.  We are seeking passionate staff to join our hospice.

Registered Nurse

Duties:

• Plan, deliver and evaluate the individualized care program to patients and families across in-patient;
• To collaborate with other health care teams to promote high quality services;
• Assist in the development of professional nursing standards, care protocol and clinical pathways;
• Supervise daily works of Enrolled Nurse, Clinical Services Assistant, and Patient Care Assistant;
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Entry Requirements:

• A valid Registered Nurse practicing certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong
• Ability to plan, implement, deliver and evaluate an individualized care plan to patients and their families
• Relevant nursing experience in hospice / palliative care is preferable
• Candidate with specialty training in palliative care is preferable
• Competent in MS office
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Shift duty is required
