Project Assistant I SS1-PROJA1-PE-PM

Requirements:

• 5 subjects passed in HKCEE including English (Syllabus B), Chinese Language and Mathematics at Grade E or above, or equivalent;
• Associate Degree/Diploma or above preferable with minimum 5 years of relevant experience;
• Excellent presentation skills in both Chinese and English;
• Proficient in Photoshop Illustrator, MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and social media platform;
• A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Prior experience in working with elderly and volunteers is preferable.
• Project end date: 31 March 2026

Job Duties:

• Conduct activities and/or programs for elderly with chronic pain with or without psychological distress;
• Promote the pain management through exercise classes, home-based exercise programme and psycho-social workshops;
• To assist recruitment and training of pain ambassadors and volunteers;
• To plan and organize volunteer’s work and home visits;
• Assist in office administration, data entry and financial management;
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
