Programme Executive (Training Centre)

 

Job purpose:

Hong Kong Red Cross is launching the project of “Jockey Club Infection Control Training and Support Project for Sectors”. It aims to enhance the infection control capabilities of five most impacted sectors, namely the social service sector, education sector, catering, hotel, and property management industries, thereby reducing the infection and mortality rates of infectious diseases and protecting the health of Hong Kong citizens.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Nursing Officer (Project in-charge) and Deputy Manager in organizing and executing any activities, events, training and support services related to the project.
  • Provide logistic support related to the project.
  • Arrange training course and support services with stakeholders, including but not limited to communicating with stakeholders, managing training schedule and maintaining good data record for consolidation and reporting.
  • Handle the administration work of the project, including finance, HR, IT, training and service records, assist to monitor project output and outcome, and report to the Nursing Officer (Project in-charge) and Deputy Manager.
  • Consolidate and analyze project output and outcome data and create PowerPoints with graphics and descriptions for reporting in meetings.
  • Manage the project team’s warehouse, asset, and inventory, keep accurate and up-to-date asset, inventory, and material records.
  • Prepare training materials for training courses, assist in training implementation at training institutions.
  • Manage website and consultation application system.
  • Design promotional leaflets, posters, graphics etc. as needed by the project.
  • Assist to promote and recruit service users for the project.
  • Assist to coordinate volunteers and communicate with various stakeholders, including service users, and community partners, etc. for the project.
  • Assist in organizing on-street promotional events and implementation related to the project.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Nursing Officer (Project in-charge) and Deputy Manager.

 

  Requirements:

  • Completion of HKCEE/ HKDSE (minimum five passes, including English, Chinese and Mathematics) equivalent or above
  • 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred, University graduate with lesser experience will also be considered
  • Preferably with experience in training administration, project implementation, promotion, and volunteer management
  • Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, flexible, independent, able to work in a multi-disciplinary team and under pressure.
  • Willing to communicate with others as well as work independently.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)  
  • Proficient in PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Typing.

Contract Period: 2 years (Renewable)
