Programme Executive
(Community Health Education Project TP Integrated Recovery Project)
Key Responsibilities:
- Be part of the Community Health Education Project team
- Assist in providing community activities and services to residents in transitional housings, especially those living in Tai Po District
- Liaison and coordinate with various transitional housing to identify the service needs of their residents
- Assist in organizing and executing health screening activities and programmes related to physical health, fitness & sport, nutrition and mental wellness
- Assist to identify high-risk residents, and arrange activities such as training workshops, personalized consultation sessions, concern calls, health talks etc. for them
- Handle daily operational and administrative duties of the health promotion activities, as well as financial logistics and inventory management.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including volunteers, different service teams and local partners etc, to ensure smooth collaboration and programme delivery
- Support the programmes promotion and publicity
- Assist to manage registered clients
- Assist to prepare statistics and reports
- Carry out ad hoc projects and assignments when required.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by Assistant Manager and / or Manager and / or Senior manager / Head of CMHS
Requirements:
- 5 subjects passed in HKCEE/HKDSE (including English and Chinese) or equivalent; or
- University Degree holder in any discipline
- Knowledge of service/ programme planning and delivery is preferred
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in PC knowledge (including Microsoft Office and Excel) is a must
- Responsible, proactive, well organized and good communication skills
